High School Partners

Partnerships between community colleges and local high schools in process technology are growing throughout many states across the country. Community colleges are recognizing the need to expose high school students to the process industries while providing the opportunity for them to earn college credit through Tech Prep programs and dual credit enrollment.

The Articulation Agreement page of this site displays samples of the agreements currently being used by several partners. These samples are provided for interested parties to develop relationships with their local high schools by using these to simulate needed agreements.

CAPT recognizes the value that high school partners bring to the mission of promoting process technology and educating the general population of the career opportunities available in the process industry.
