CAPT Job Bank

The CAPT Job Bank targets to match qualified job seekers with companies in a wide range of process industries, such as:

• Oil and gas
• Chemical
• Food and beverage
• Power generation
• Pharmaceutical
• Pulp and paper
• Mining
• Water and waste water treatment

This is a free service, offered by CAPT. The Job Bank allows:

• Job seekers earning a process technology degree or process technology graduates to post a resume or view job postings.
• Employers to post job openings and search for, then view, resumes.
• Instructors and other individuals to view job openings.

All Job Bank users must register for a user ID and password. Job seekers must enter their institution and graduation date (projected or actual) to qualify.

Job Seekers

A job seeker can post a resume using any standard formats (MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, or text file). All information you provide will be held in strict confidence by CAPT. The only organizations other than CAPT that can access your information will be prospective employers. Job seekers can specify the industry type, region/state, and other criteria, and then do a search for available jobs. New jobs will be posted often, so job seekers should regularly check the site. There is no charge to view job postings or submit your resume.

Employers

An employer can post job openings or enter a link to a company web site where a job opening is posted. Employers can specify graduation date, region/state, and other criteria, and then do a search for available candidates. There is no charge to post job openings or view resumes.

Guests

Instructors and other users can view job openings and pass along information to students.
